About this episode
An umbrella that RAINS on you — from underneath! Boom & Bip fix it in their little harbour repair shop — a fun fix-it cartoon for kids.
It's raining on the harbour, and Captain Pebble is carrying Kit's birthday cake down the quay, three candles and all. His big umbrella should keep it dry, but it's raining UNDERNEATH it, right on his hat! If the candles go out, there's no birthday cake for Kit. Boom gives the umbrella one tap with the hammer, and now it's a shower. Bip reads her book upside down, and the umbrella turns into a bird bath — a gull hops right in for a splash! Then Boom builds an umbrella for the umbrella, and it flies away with Bip still holding on. But the real thing that's wrong is very small, and it has been on screen since the very first second. Can YOU spot it before Bip does?
