A harbour bell that RINGS all by itself, every single night! Boom & Bip fix it in their little harbour repair shop — a fun fix-it cartoon for kids.
Captain Pebble cannot sleep: the big bell on the quay rings on its own in the middle of the night, and he is quite sure it is haunted. He bangs on the shop door, and Boom & Bip come out in the moonlight to make it stop. Boom wraps it in a blanket, and it rings anyway. Bip's book says take the clapper out, and it STILL rings. So they carry the whole bell into the shop — and that night the shop rings! But the real thing that's wrong is very small, and it has been right there on the quay since the very first second. Can YOU spot it before Bip does?

- Boom The bell sleeps in the shop tonight.
- Boom The whole shop is ringing, and I want my bed!
- Honk That's three nights! I need my sleep.
- Kit I like it. It sounds like a boat.
- Captain Pebble The boats come at dawn, and they need that bell.
- Bip What do YOU think is ringing it?
- Bip Let's follow the rope!
- Bip It's the boat. The rope pulls the bell when the sea moves.
- Boom Nobody rang it, Captain. The sea did. Let's untie it.
- Captain Pebble Then it is not haunted. It is only the tide.
- Boom FIXED!
- Captain Pebble Good morning, boats! Here is your bell.
- Kit I was right about the boat! That's my favourite bell.
