About this episode
A hammer that goes SQUEAK instead of BOOM! Boom & Bip fix it in their little harbour repair shop — a fun fix-it cartoon for kids.
Boom the badger swings his hammer at his bench — "BOOM!" — and it goes squeak and bounces right back. Then Honk the goose comes in with a crate of twelve lettuces whose lid won't stay shut, and a cheeky gull walks in behind her. Every time the hammer squeaks, the gull sneaks off with a lettuce, and Honk counts them down: eleven, ten, nine! Big Bess the mallet gives the hammer a firm word, and it boings straight up and onto Boom's head. Bip reads her book upside down and Boom tries a bigger swing, and the hammer flies all round the shop and back into his paw. Then Boom builds it a swing from the lamp — and it shoots out of the door, down the lane, and bonks Captain Pebble on the tummy! But the real thing that's wrong is very small, and it has been in Boom's paw since the very first second. Can YOU spot it before Bip does?
