A balloon pump that puffs up the WRONG thing! Boom & Bip fix it in their little harbour repair shop — a fun fix-it cartoon for kids.
Honk the goose has five balloons to blow up before the fair opens, and four countdown cards left to turn. But every push on her pump puffs up her apron instead of the balloon! Boom the badger gives the pump a BOOM with his hammer, and Honk hops right off the floor. Bip reads her book upside down and sends Honk to pump it herself — and she floats all the way up to the ceiling! So Boom builds a GIANT pump, and the little one rockets out of the door, loops round a boat's mast and lands on the lighthouse. Captain Pebble walks it back, gives it a good talking to, and Bip follows the hose with her paw to find the tiny thing that's wrong. It has been in plain sight since the very first second. Can YOU spot it before Bip does?
